    I looked at latta smör in the shop, where I found a code E471 and there is not written vegetable in the bracket. so can you please check it again in the shop. may be they have changed the ingredients.
    while on the link "" the code is not present. and instead of the code this (emulgeringsmedel (mono- och diglycerider av vegetabiliska fettsyror, solroslecitin)) is witten which is ok code. but please I am worry about the E471 code on the packing in the shop. thanks.

      E471 means the same as emulgeringsmedel (mono- och diglycerider av fettsyror). Since the company only has two products and it specifically specifies the fatty acids to be of plant origin, it would be unlikely for them to changed the ingredients in their packages to something of animal origin without updating the website. More probably, they haven’t written out the full name on the package to save some space.



      1. E471 kan innehålla grisfett, men påståendet att E471 innehåller grisfett är inkorrekt. E471 står för mono-och diglycerider av fettsyror. Dessa fettsyror kan komma från olika djur (inklusive gris) men de kan även komma från vegetabiliska källor, i vilket fall de inte innehåller grisfett.
